Land at Little Gilfach.
The Land has the benefit of a gated roadside access off a council maintained lane and has not been used for several years. There are the remains of a small stone building which on early maps appears to have been a premises known as Little Gilfach. The land is understood to at one time been the property of the Water Board. The Land slopes generally to the South south east is rather overgrown but with some mainly broadleaf trees. In winter there are restricted views out towards the Severn Estuary.
