1816 An appealing Oak cased Grandmother Clock
having a three-train spring driven movement, 1829
striking on bar gongs, the brass face having a
silvered chapter ring with Roman numerals and
Arabic minute numerals, a matted centre, cast
brass spandrels and to the arch a silvered plate 1830 A pair of Mahogany framed Rexine seated Side
engraved "Tempus Fugit (Time Flies)", the key and
the long wooden shafted pendulum are present

revealing an interior with nine pigeon holes, a pen
and inkwell wells, and having a frieze drawer and

An excellent quality extending circular Dining
Table, possibly in Rosewood, 54" diameter,
extending with one leaf to 71 7/8" and standing on
a substantial hexagonal central pillar, 30 5/8" high.
An excellent quality set of eight probably
Rosewood framed Dining Chairs including a pair of
carver chairs, standing on **** square legs and
each having a cream upholstered pad cushion.
Chairs standing on turned and fluted front legs.
A carved Oak cased Longcase Clock having an
arched brass face with cast brass spandrels, a
silvered chapter ring with Roman hour numerals
and Arabic minutes, inset date sub-dial ****, the
six o'clock position and a rolling moon phase
indicator to the arch, the eight day weight driven
movement by Greenwood, Dewsbury. Ran briefly
during lotting and strikes the hours on a bell, The
nicely scroll carved door to the case bears the
date "1691", 2 13/8" wide x 86 3/4" high approx.
and 10 1/2" deep approx. (The rear bracket foot to
the right hand side requires re-attaching)
A set of four solid Elm circular seated Welsh
farmhouse Kitchen Chairs, having turned legs and
stretchers.
A mainly Mahogany and Oak framed Arts and
